I Made a
Mistake

Once upon a time,
I make a mistake.
It was large
and looming in my mind.
I was embarrassed,
I was discouraged,
I was forlorn.
I made a mistake.
And one day
some wise words
caught my attention.
“You Are Not Your Mistakes.”
“Failure Is Not Fatal.”
That helped me.
