Jimmy John Flint, he was discontent
Mad he would get when losing an argument
He would fume and fuss and make a dent
In anything that might prevent
Him from acting content
He never said what he meant
He never attempted to invent
He couldn’t figure percent’s
And he never bought nice presents
Jimmy John Flint, he was discontent
If it would benefit his intent
He would often misrepresent
Would he ever repent
He was not that kind of gent
His money he misspent
Good deeds he would try to prevent
He never paid his rent
His friends he would often resent
Jimmy John Flint, he was discontent
There is no use trying to reinvent
Jimmy John Flint
The boy who modeled discontent
