You need to look real neat
It is time to eat
Put your shoes on your feet
Your shoes cover your toes
Never put them on your nose
‘Cause if your nose blows
Your toes will show
And get cold in the snow
Your feet are made for walking
Don’t wear shoes? Don’t come knocking
If you stumble upon a stone
You surely with groan
And in the chair you’ll be rocking
And remember, boys and girls
Put your shoes on your feet
