Has Come

Christmas is coming
And there’ll be humming,
Lots of drumming
A bit of strumming
And looking for what’s upcoming
Christmas is near
The season of cheer
Seeing loved one’s dear
No time for fear
At this time of year
Christmas is nearby
It’s time for pie
And eye’s that spy
We’ll hear contented sighs
And some will buy, buy, buy
Christmas is now
We’ll hear the ‘wow’
We put away the plow
And wonder at ‘how’
Did God allow
Christmas now?
In a world of woes
The world still glows
With lights and bows
And somehow, we know
Christmas has come
Pa rum pa pum pum
