I believe in prayer.

I can’t explain it,

I can’t tell you how it works.

I just believe in prayer.

In my years of living,

I’ve prayed thousands

of prayers.

I’ve seen results come

from some of those prayers.

I’ve been prayed for

in all my years of living.

I haven’t always received

what I’ve prayed for,

and yet, isn’t that an answer?

Yes indeed, I believe in prayer,

and I believe in the ONE

To whom I pray.

I don’t understand this thing called prayer.

I just do it, and believe.

After all, I think that is the secret ingredient …

belief, faith.
